📸 LENZ Visuals Terms and Conditions
This Terms and Conditions form is the agreement between LENZ Visuals and the client (you) for the provision of photography and/or videography services during any jobs taken place in the year 2025.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. Your first booking is confirmed on completion of this form. Subsequent bookings are confirmed via written communcation thereafter for additional bookings in 2025.
1.2. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
1.3. Invoices can be given prior or post visuals. at the client or providers descression.
1.4. Payments must be made by bank transfer, cash or an approved online payment method within the stated time on invoice.
1.5. If the Customer fails to make a payment by the due date, then, without limiting Lenz's remedies under clause 9, the Customer shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment. Interest will accrue each day at 10% a year above the Bank of England's base rate.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
2.1. Cancellations made:
must contact provider as soon as possible.
may incur late charges (up to 50%, if cancellation is within less then 48 hours) or you may be declined a rescheduled booking slot.
2.2. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., illness, weather, or emergency) to the provider or client.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
3.1. All copyright and intellectual property in photos and videos remain with us until full payment is received.
3.2. Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the media for personal or agreed commercial use.
3.3. We retain the right to use any media created for our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.
3.4. You agree that all individuals being filmed or photographed have given consent for their image to be used.
3.5. You agree to share, collaborate and/or tag any content that is made public.
3.6 You have the option to opt-out of LENZ Visuals using their logo on visuals (watermark/small logo end of video). This may come at an extra charge (price may vary).
3.7. Royalty-free content will be used where possible, and the client becomes responsible for any claims made against them. LENZ Visuals will provide permissions/liscenses if it was necassary to at the time of transffering deliverables.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for filming or photography at chosen locations.
4.2. You must ensure all subjects (including minors) are aware they are being photographed or filmed, and permission has been given.
4.3. You agree to cooperate during the session and follow any reasonable instructions to achieve the best results.
5. Our Responsibilities
5.1. We will perform the services with reasonable care and skill and deliver the agreed content as soon as possible, or within the specified timeframe.
5.2. Delivery timelines may vary due to editing workloads, but we will keep you informed of any delays.
5.3. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, weather, illness, or access restrictions).
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services.
6.2. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss (such as loss of profits, opportunities, or data).
6.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7.2. Any personal data collected (names, emails, images, etc.) will be used solely for booking, delivering, and promoting our services.
7.3. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting lenzvideouk@gmail.com.
8. Delivery & Editing
8.1. We will edit all images and videos to our professional standard and style.
8.2. Additional edits or revisions requested after delivery may incur extra charges.
8.3. Raw or unedited files will not be supplied unless explicitly agreed.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 14 days of notice.
9.2. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work already completed are immediately payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
